how do i place an order?
you can place an order through our google form. just fill in your item details and we’ll get back to you to confirm.

how long does it take to receive my order?
most orders are ready within 1–2 weeks, depending on how busy we are and the type of product. we’ll keep you updated.

can i personalise my order?
yes, we offer a range of customisation options including images, colours, and design styles. all options are listed in the form!

do i have to personalise my order?
nope, not at all! if you wouldn't like to customise your order, you may specify in the order form that you want a standard design. we'll send either a randomised design or one that suits your personality, if you wish. we are tailored to everyone's needs, so don't worry!

how do i pay?
once we confirm your order, we’ll send you the total amount and payment details. we usually accept bank transfer or cash.

do you accept returns?
because our products are personalised and handmade, we don’t offer returns for change of mind. however, if there’s a mistake or fault, we’ll fix it.

what if something breaks?
if your item breaks within 90 days due to normal use, we’ll repair or replace it for free. just reach out to us with a photo and we’ll help.

do you use sustainable packaging?
our goal is to create sustainable products that don't harm the environment, so we reuse and reduce materials as much as possible. most of our packaging is recyclable or reused.

📜 TERMS OF SERVICE

orders
by placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. please reply to confirmation messages within 3 days to avoid delays.

customisation
all customised and commissioned items are final. once production begins, we cannot make changes. please check all spellings and requests before submitting.

payment
all payments are made upfront. prices are confirmed at confirmation. the prices listed in our products list are only a guide.

refunds and returns
we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our mistake. if you believe there is an issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

warranty
we provide a week's warranty on all our products. this covers stitching, peeling, or cracks from normal use. it does not cover damage caused by misuse, washing, or external factors. warranty repairs or replacements are subject to availability.

communication
we will contact you by email or message to confirm and follow up on your order. if there is no response within 5 days, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

delivery
orders are delivered within the school or via arranged pickup. we will confirm details with you once your order is ready. in some circumstances, we can provide delivery for an additional cost.
